WHO AM I
Jason was raised in Queens and currently resides on the Upper East Side in NYC. He has lived a fitness lifestyle his entire life. This list includes taekwondo, varsity track, bodybuilding, cycling, running, and triathlon. He is an All-World Ironman athlete who has competed in multiple Ironman races and over a dozen half Ironman races.
WHAT I DO
Goal oriented fitness. Certified in personal training by the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) and certified as a nutrition coach by Precision Nutrition, Jason’s specialties include strength and conditioning, corrective exercises, flexibility and mobility, fitness for older adults, pre and post natal fitness, high-intensity interval training, kettlebell complex, cycling, running, and race prep.
